Here at Gregory Poole Equipment Company, we are committed to providing high-quality services that make your job easier, and this new system will take our customer experience to the next level by allowing us to tailor our services to fit your specific needs more efficiently.
We are striving for the most seamless transition possible to minimize any disruptions to your business needs, and we want to keep you proactively informed about this upgrade and what to expect over the coming weeks.
Anticipated Launch Date: November 3, 2025
Parts Store Online Ordering: Our online parts store will be temporarily offline from late October through November 3, 2025. To prevent any delays, we recommend ordering parts before October 23, 2025.
Parts Invoices: You may temporarily receive multiple invoices based on the number of items shipped instead of one invoice per purchase.
Service Invoices: You will receive an initial invoice for partially completed work followed by a final invoice upon service completion.
Rental and Machine Sales Invoices: You may experience brief delays during the system transition, but otherwise these processes should function as normal.
Statements: We will not forward October customer statements due to the upgrade, but our team is happy to manually generate one for you. Please contact us at cidecredit@gregpoole.com with your customer number and contact information to request one.
