New 7295 Electric Rope Shovel in North Carolina

Back to Home

Cat® Electric Rope Shovels combine immense payload capability with low maintenance requirements and high reliability to deliver the lowest cost-per-ton loading solution for long-life mines. Our smallest rope shovel, the Cat 7295 has a payload of 45 tonnes (50 tons) — about half the payload of our flagship 7495. But like its larger counterpart, the 7295 features AC IGBT electrics for greater uptime, lower operating costs and faster cycle times. The 7295 is cleaner and more efficient than diesel-powered machines, plus its regenerative braking technology feeds electrical energy back to the grid.

Hydraulic pump shop is unmatched. I made the mistake of going somewhere else before bringing my pump here. These guys were more than helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to help me find a solution for my problem even when it didn’t benefit them. This is how businesses should be run. I won’t go anywhere else.

Too bad Poole Cat Field Service is better at invoicing than actually getting my machines moving.

A prompt and courteous technician arrived, and correctly diagnosed two problems with my mini Ex. Thank you. I corrected those problems, but machine still did not work.

He diagnosed a fuel problem as a clogged filter, rather than a bad fuel pump which I managed to diagnose. I also figured out, via help on the internet, that the fuel shut-off solenoid was bad.

Machine runs fine now. So my advice is to check the internet, before letting Poole charge you $870 for a two hour field visit. And you can find a perfectly fine aftermarket fuel pump for $20 rather than the $250 that Poole charges... and it arrives faster,

Need to teach a tech how to drive a service truck. Around 2:48 on highway 40 east, the truck pictured (plate ending in 8236) flew across 3 lanes of traffic to meet the Cleveland rd exit. Almost hit a semi and caused me to swerve with my children in the car. Glad making the exit was more important than children’s lives.
