The land, currently a corn field, is approximately 54 acres. Construction is expected to take up to 5 years, costing $2 Billon, and having as many as 3500 workers onsite. DH Griffin Infrastructure is handling the grading package and Fluor Enterprise is the general construction contractor. Cat equipment, provided by Gregory Poole Equipment Company, was requested due to the corporate community partnership between the Town of Clayton, Caterpillar and Gregory Poole Equipment Company.
