What is Gregory Poole’s Services Commitment?
Services Commitment is a promise of next-day parts availability and two-day equipment repairs that is available exclusively through Cat® Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) that include labor. Every minute matters, and we want to get you “Back to Work” as quickly as possible.
Can I suggest an alternative date to receive parts or get my machine back?
Yes, you can provide the Gregory Poole team with a preferred completion date that falls after the standard requirements provided by Services Commitment if that works better for your schedule and business needs.
If an alternative date is selected, Services Commitment takes on the mottos “Parts the next day or when you say” and “Back to work the end of the second day or when you say.”
What happens if I do not receive my parts or machine back by the agreed upon date?
If we do not meet the expectations of Services Commitment by providing parts or completed service by the agreed upon date, you will receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credits*.
*Specific warranties are not eligible to receive Cat Credits, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

With Services Commitment, our standard of customer service is strengthened, as are the benefits of enrolling in a CVA. You will experience faster service and increased dealer technician support with a focus on getting you back to work and reducing unnecessary downtime.
When will Services Commitment launch?
Services Commitment through Gregory Poole and Cat will officially be available through CVAs on January 1, 2026.
What customers will receive Gregory Poole’s Services Commitment?
Services Commitment applies to Gregory Poole customers enrolled in a premium CVA with labor as well as any renewing CVAs. To qualify for Services Commitment, the CVA must have a start date on or after January 1, 2026.
What is a CVA?
A CVA is a Customer Value Agreement, which is a hassle-free maintenance program offered by Caterpillar and its dealers. Services Commitment will strengthen the impact of CVAs as a proactive step to reduce downtime.
