ATC-800 CONTROLLER

Back to Home

The ATC-900 C9ontroller is a programmable microprocessor-based monitoring device for use on Cat transfer switches. Data access and programming operations are performed using the ATC-900’s touch sensitive function buttons in conjunction with an easy-to-read illuminated alphanumeric LED display. Both the functional buttons and the display window are part of the device’s door mounted front panel. A built in Help button provides user assistance in the form of message displays.

The communication option permits monitoring and control of several transfer switches, locally or remotely from a single point. Depending on the application, the user can customize the ATC-800 to meet the particular application. The ATC-900 is equipped to display historical information either via the front panel or over mod bus communications to a personal computer. Source 1 and Source 2 run time, available time and connect time are available, as well as load energized time, number of transfers, date, time and reason for the last 16 transfers.

Hydraulic pump shop is unmatched. I made the mistake of going somewhere else before bringing my pump here. These guys were more than helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to help me find a solution for my problem even when it didn’t benefit them. This is how businesses should be run. I won’t go anywhere else.

Too bad Poole Cat Field Service is better at invoicing than actually getting my machines moving.

A prompt and courteous technician arrived, and correctly diagnosed two problems with my mini Ex. Thank you. I corrected those problems, but machine still did not work.

He diagnosed a fuel problem as a clogged filter, rather than a bad fuel pump which I managed to diagnose. I also figured out, via help on the internet, that the fuel shut-off solenoid was bad.

Machine runs fine now. So my advice is to check the internet, before letting Poole charge you $870 for a two hour field visit. And you can find a perfectly fine aftermarket fuel pump for $20 rather than the $250 that Poole charges... and it arrives faster,

Need to teach a tech how to drive a service truck. Around 2:48 on highway 40 east, the truck pictured (plate ending in 8236) flew across 3 lanes of traffic to meet the Cleveland rd exit. Almost hit a semi and caused me to swerve with my children in the car. Glad making the exit was more important than children’s lives.
