At Gregory Poole, our apprenticeship opportunities are top notch. If you are ready for a challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling career as a technician our apprentice program is a great place to start.
The specifics of the program are as follows:
6 month paid program
Consists of 1 week in the classroom and 3 weeks in the shop each month with an advanced curriculum that will drive your success as a technician
Tools are provided
Once these students are enrolled their class schedule is set so there is no confusion or waiting for availability
Considered a full time employee on day 1 (with access to benefits after 30 days)
Eligible for Apprentice II program upon completion
Training topics can include electrical, power-train, basic engine, A/C, contamination & control, seals & fasteners and hydraulics
Instructors are certified through Cat® Accreditation Program
