New 4680XP – TRACK in North Carolina

Volver al inicio

The Model 4680 track is the largest track “Beast” model offered by Bandit featuring a massive 60″ diameter cuttermill equipped with 48 teeth. A large 45″ high x 60″ wide mill opening gives adequate room to grind large diameter stumps, logs, and whole trees. Engine options include a Caterpillar C27, 1,050 horsepower or Caterpillar C32, 1,200 horsepower engine.

A Caterpillar 325EL steel track undercarriage provides a durable and stable platform to propel the unit over a variety of terrain conditions. All grinding and track functions are controlled by a wireless radio remote with tether back-up.

The large 16′ 3″ long x 60″ infeed is easy to load and the slat style infeed conveyor is constructed of WDH-120 for added strength and durability. A proportional feed is standard with six speed settings that can be adjusted based on material being processed and the desired end product.

Like all Bandit Beast models, the 4680 is equipped with cutterbodies that cut material apart. Various teeth and screen options are available so the machine can be set-up based on the type of material being processed and the desired end product.

Hydraulic pump shop is unmatched. I made the mistake of going somewhere else before bringing my pump here. These guys were more than helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to help me find a solution for my problem even when it didn’t benefit them. This is how businesses should be run. I won’t go anywhere else.

Too bad Poole Cat Field Service is better at invoicing than actually getting my machines moving.

A prompt and courteous technician arrived, and correctly diagnosed two problems with my mini Ex. Thank you. I corrected those problems, but machine still did not work.

He diagnosed a fuel problem as a clogged filter, rather than a bad fuel pump which I managed to diagnose. I also figured out, via help on the internet, that the fuel shut-off solenoid was bad.

Machine runs fine now. So my advice is to check the internet, before letting Poole charge you $870 for a two hour field visit. And you can find a perfectly fine aftermarket fuel pump for $20 rather than the $250 that Poole charges... and it arrives faster,

Need to teach a tech how to drive a service truck. Around 2:48 on highway 40 east, the truck pictured (plate ending in 8236) flew across 3 lanes of traffic to meet the Cleveland rd exit. Almost hit a semi and caused me to swerve with my children in the car. Glad making the exit was more important than children’s lives.
