Reward Tiers
Your Cat Rewards tier is determined by your annual parts and service spend, the number of new Cat machines purchased and whether you have a Cat® Commercial Account. All members unlock exclusive promotions and are eligible for special gifts, events and localized dealer offers. As your spend increases, you advance through the tiers and unlock more exclusive benefits and rewards – including professional tips and product insights and Cat Credits. Once you reach a tier, you keep that status for the remainder of the year in which it’s achieved, as well as the following year, during which additional Cat Credits will be deposited into your account.
