I don’t have enough good things to say about this company. Let me first start off with their employee’s and the owner of the company. They are spectacular. They are friendly and actually take the time to talk with you. Unlike other places, these guys do NOT make you feel rushed or unwanted. They are very enjoyable to talk with and they have GREAT personalities. So I needed to rent a machine and I had a few questions and that’s where it took off. They explained everything to me and they got me with the right machine without overcharging me or stacking fees and hidden costs and all like some other companies do. They were upfront about them all. The machine worked perfectly (once I got the hang of it) and it was actually clean and worked as it should. No mechanical failures and never once did I feel unsafe in it! Their kindness went a long way with me and I want to praise them for a job well done. When I need a machine to rent again…this is my place from now on. Screw Sunbelt Rentals. Gregory Poole is the place to rent from 100%!!! Thanks guys for everything! I am your customer for life.

Went there to pick up some oil samples and to drop off two samples. Have not received the results and cannot get anyone on the phone to follow up on or to help find our now lost oil samples. Same with email, nobody returns emails. Now I have to go back to the vessel, extract two more samples and send them somewhere more reliable.

This place is a joke, very expensive, employees are inexperienced, people in charge of employees lack more experience especially Andrew Guma. I purchased 4,100.00 in parts sat down and requested all gaskets that the kit did not include. I received multiple gaskets,unnecessary gaskets missing gaskets and the wrong parts. The return of the core and wrong parts was terrible experience and not professional, i recived a hand written paper receipt with no letter head. Gregory Poole is a poor representative of a U.S.A. businesses, i would rather deal with a company that is there for every customer.

This review is long overdue. I was just making sure I had this number available in my phone in case we run into another problem in North Carolina when we head south in a few weeks.. Last year in mid Enero we lost throttle response at a rest area in our Tiffin Phaeton RV with a CAT engine. We were towed to this facility around 3:00 pm on a Viernes afternoon and they had us back on the road by 5: 00pm. Many thanks to the professionalism of there entire crew.

Nos remolcaron hasta estas instalaciones sobre las 15:00 h de un viernes por la tarde y nos permitieron volver a la carretera a las 17:00 h. Muchísimas gracias por la profesionalidad de todo su equipo.🙌👍

Hasta ahora he tenido la suerte de comprar tres piezas de equipamiento a Gregory Poole. El equipamiento ha sido excelente y el servicio técnico cuando ha habido algún problema ha sido de primera categoría. Rudy Hernández lleva años esforzándose al máximo por mí de forma constante. On the compact equipment end, my experience is awful with sales and service. Slow, low information, poor availability, more ready to say 'no' , pass the blame or ignore than work to get a well sourced answer to a question.

Owner operators and very small business:

Poole and Cat can't see you and you'll need a cattle prod if you're expecting an answer on anything other than the most basic vanilla configuration of the most common equipment.

Hydraulic pump shop is unmatched. I made the mistake of going somewhere else before bringing my pump here. These guys were more than helpful and friendly. Working to rent a mini excavator from Gregory Poole for one day was a good experience. The equipment was nearly new and worked perfectly. The professionals at Gregory Poole were all outstanding men and woman. I only need this kind of rental every 5 years or so, I am not any kind of expert, yet I was not made to feel unqualified, they were confident in me and that helps.I needed to dig a 100 Ft long 3 ft deep French/curtain Drain in my yard to solve a septic issue, (ground water sliding under the grass to my leach field after heavy rains). It was sandy soil, until we reached the clay. The roots we found near the woods however needed to be chainsawed. Everything was wrapped up in a 24 hr rental.Thanks for the use of your equipment. No estoy contento con ellos; solo se dedican a estafar a la gente. I couldn't be more impressed with Gregory Poole in Garner. My RV wouldn't start and I had a tripped planned for the next week. They were incredibly busy but fit me in. My warranty company was a little difficult to work with but they worked through it and made the repairs faster than I expected. Judy and John were a pleasure to work with! The facility is clean and inviting which is much different than other repair shops that I am familiar with. This is the second time that I have used them and their service was consistent both times. If you need RV repairs and don't want your RV sitting in a dirt lot until someone can eventually get to it, this has to be your place!

They need to focus more on the front line employees, that work directly with the customers, which will improve the customer's experience, ultimately increasing sales and profitability

We had to go through an outsourced company to get prior approval for our check to go through. Not only was the operator taking the information acting extremely put out, but Nick at the facility was extremely rude and inconvenienced. Our check for over $2500 must not have been worthy of good customer service.
