After careful consideration, we have made the decision to transition out of the CLAAS product lines. CLAAS has been a very good partner over the years, and we are convinced that their products are the best in the industry, but we have not been able to grow this business to a level that allows us to deliver the exceptional support that we know our agriculture customers deserve.
CLAAS has announced that Carolina Harvestrax, who is already an established CLAAS dealer in western North Carolina, will be the new CLAAS dealer. They are based out of Monroe, NC. We will work closely with them to ensure that all farmers who own CLAAS products will be supported during this transition. Gregory Poole will continue to stock CLAAS parts through 2019. Carolina Harvestrax can do all warranty and non-warranty work on behalf of CLAAS.
Our top priority through this transition is taking care of our customers. We realize you put your trust in us when you purchased CLAAS products from Gregory Poole Equipment Company. We will do anything we can to support you through this transition and beyond. Our goal is to ensure you that these changes will not affect our unwavering commitment to providing customers with the best service and equipment possible, as we have throughout our 65-year history. Please note, while we are exiting the CLAAS product line, we remain fully committed to serving the agriculture industry with Caterpillar products and solutions.
