Patrol and Herringbone main broom patterns both utilize a “V” shaped design:

• Directs the debris to the center of the broom which will load it more effectively into the hopper.
• The Patrol is mainly used in higher speed sweeping applications like parking lots.
• Designed with larger gaps between the rows so the broom will pick up medium to large debris more effectively.
• The Herringbone is built with more rows of filament than the Patrol broom. It is used for sweeping medium-sized debris and is most effective at slow to normal sweeping speeds.
