How does PartStore work?

Express Order
When you have your part numbers handy and you know what you want. Just enter the part number and quantities and go!

Find Parts
The Cat Service Information System (SIS) allows you to search for parts and then see a schematic of the part and how it goes together. Pick what you need and add it to your shopping cart.

Frequent Order Lists
Do your own preventive maintenance? Order the same parts every time? With frequent order lists, you can save part numbers and then just pull them up when you're ready to place your order. It's a real time saver!

What are the requirements for PartStore?

1. You must have an account in good standing with Gregory Poole Equipment Company. If you do not currently have an account, click here to get a credit application.
2. You must have a computer connected to the internet. The following are suggested minimum system requirements:
   - 486 or faster processor (Pentium-level processor recommended)
   - 28.8kbs modem or greater
   - 16 MB RAM
   - VGA, SVGA color monitor
3. Web browser requirements:
   - Netscape 4.0 or greater
   - MS Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater

PartStore is a service provided by Caterpillar Inc. through Gregory Poole to customers in our sales and service territory who own and operate Caterpillar equipment.
